Except this isn’t MTV but you can see my crib. Here are some bad ass pictures of my bad ass dorm room. My humble abode while I’m at school. Here is the tour.
Here, we have the view from the entry way. My side is on the right.
This
is my bedroom. This is where all the magic happens and I’ve got a bad ass Johnny Cash poster for decoration.
Underneath my bedroom we got the lounge. Just a sweet place to kick it and and wheat thins.
Directly across from the lounge we have the entertainment center and kitchen so you can be entertained and get some foods.
Over here we got my office. Its pretty basic, surround sound, wide screen monitor, a Guinness poster on the wall.
And finally, heres a view from the executive chair, its pretty comfortable for now, especially with the mood lamp on.
Well, thanks for checking out my crib, now its time for ya’ll to get the hell out of here. PEACE
Or at least read some other things, and download some wallpaper for your enjoyment.
Another ski vid. This time from a more local eastern company Meathead Films. I hope they do another premier here in Orono again this year. This years movie is going to be sick.
I added more photos today to the Photography page. I haven’t done much design work at all this summer. I’ve kind of been in a lull. I’m going to start offering high res wall papers. Most formats will be 1680×1050 unless I get ambitious and start offering other resolutions. I will add a wallpaper page that will all be high res instead of the smaller preview size. Heres the first one. I will add a page of wallpapers later today.

Well today was interesting for me, I guess. I was on my way to work at 6:00 this morning, you know, driving doing the usual bumping music trying to wake up and drinking tea (yea whatever, its good) and I look down for split second to grab my mug than look back up in time to see a person on a bike go flying across the road from the shoulder to the median about 150 yards ahead of me. Only at first I didn’t know it was a person and was in utter disbelief at what I had just witnessed. At first it had looked like a sheet of cardboard or something like that because all could see was a solid silhouette move across the road, than I thought it may have been a large dog, than as I got closer and saw them hunch over I realized it was a person. So I pulled over, threw on the hazards, made sure the biker was ok and got out of the road and called 911.
The bicyclist was alright for the most part, they banged up their shoulder a bit but I think it was alright. Thankfully it was a low speed collision and the vehicle that struck him wasn’t moving at any reasonable speed or else things would have been much worse. After waiting for the police to show up I went on my way to work as usual, tho a little jumped up on adrenaline and the quick awakening.
Hopefully all of the above made sense, I’m kind of tired writing this right now and keep having to pause and re-read my sentences and make sure there somewhat complete.
Now for the less exciting news of the day. I have two more weeks of work left, which means 3 more weeks until I go back to school I guess thats a good thing and a bad thing. I don’t really want to have to do any more school work but its fun being able to hangout with people again and just kind of be on your own. I can’t wait to sleep in again either. Waking up at 5-6am every morning is killing me. Me being a night person, I don’t like to, and can’t go to bed early unless I’m utterly exhausted which doesn’t happen often. At least when I go back to school I’ll be able to sleep in everyday except for Tuesdays and Thursdays, because on those days I’ll have to be in class for 11am, thats early to wake up considering I usually go to bed around 4am when I’m at school. I get more stuff done at night. Thats why people don’t usually see me doing any homework during the day unless I’m really in a rush or unless I’m doing it right before class which happens often. It will be fun though. Hopefully I can motive myself enough to make real good use of the new gym the college just spent a ton of my money on. They definitely aren’t hurting for any money seeing how they were able to afford to put a 10ft tall strip of copper all the way around the building so it will look all bronze-ish and aged (ugly in my opinion).
In other news, who wants the music player back (I do, I do). Well unless I start seeing some kind of interaction from people (e.g. registering and posting comments, etc.) from people than you wont get any kind of music player. Or unless my traffic keeps increasing the way it did last month by a few hundred percent from the month before that. Keep spreading the word. Get people to visit my website. I think I will be getting stickers made up soon for people to order. They will probably be ridiculously cheap, like a dollar or so for a few stickers, maybe even free for the first hundred or so ordered. Everyone loves stickers, so help me pay for server expenses by ordering stickers. I’ve also been thinking about shirts with witty sayings on them. Maybe those will come as well.
Oh well, who knows what I’m going to do with things. I’m going to start my quest for sleep now, so I can kind of wake up rested tomorrow morning for work. Jea.
